Muscle Gaining Secrets ReviewMuscle Gaining Secrets Review: A Great Resource for the Hardgainer Interested in Bulking Up

Muscle Gaining Secrets was written by Jason Ferruggia, who is very well respected in the fitness industry, having contributed to the likes of Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, and a host of other magazines.  What makes Jason a good fit for creating a product for the “hardgainer,” though, is that Jason, too, was a hardgainer at one point and really struggled with bulking up.  However, after years of experimentation and, eventually, success with bulking up, Jason used what he’d learned to help hundreds of hardgainers from all walks of life bulk up.  The strategies he learned are detailed in Muscle Gaining Secrets.

The product consists of three primary components.  First, the “Master Manual” is a lengthy write-up that kills off kills off common misconceptions, introduces new concepts and cutting-edge strategies, and even covers motivation to train hard and eat enough (which is VERY important for hardgainers, as Jason emphasizes!).  Second is the 90-day muscle gaining program (“Maximum Mass in Minimum Time”), and it comes complete with descriptions of every exercise that Ferruggia has included.  Third, Jason teamed up with nutrition expert Dr.  Chris Mohr to create Muscle Gaining Meal Plans, which includes nine templates for hardgainers to choose from when it comes to getting in plenty of food – and the right kind of food.

Additionally, the product comes with seven “bonuses.”  The one that seemed coolest to us was that you’ll get lifetime updates to the e-book whenever Jason wants to tinker with things to make the program more effective.  It’s a pretty sweet way to stay on top of cutting-edge information, if you don’t have time to read and experiment yourself.

Here are some random things I really liked about the product:

1.  The information it includes will save you a TON of money on useless supplements.  Jason is not going to tell you to run out and drop $500 on a bunch of random stuff and insist that it’s the only way that you’ll have success with this program.  Rather, he’s going to help you with bulking up using proper training and quality food.

2. Muscle Gaining Secrets emphasizes being efficient in the gym.  Jason doesn’t like long, drawn-out workout routines, so you’re in and out of the gym pretty quickly – which is great for the hardgainer with a busy schedule (allows for more time to eat, right?)

3. Jason’s program provides structure.  This is something that is notoriously lacking from the training approach of most hardgainers – usually because they’ve just followed tips from silly bodybuilding magazines.

4. Ferruggia offers quick modifications for females.  So, if your girlfriend or wife wants to use a modified version of this program along with you, you have Jason’s recommendations on hand for making it a good fit for them, too.

5. Jason sales page provides tons of before/after photos.  In other words, he’s got a lot of proof that this stuff  is very effective when it comes to bulking up hardgainers.

6. Muscle Gaining Secrets comes with a full 60-day Money-Back Guarantee.  If you find that it isn’t a good fit for you, you can get your money back.  And, this will give you a chance to experience 2/3 of the program – and the great results it offers.

There are many more great features; these are just the first few that come to mind.

Muscle Gaining Secrets is priced very affordably; in fact, it’s less than you’d pay for a session with a personal trainer or one bottle of whatever the latest garbage supplement is.  And, in this case, you can call it an investment, not an expense, as you’ll have it forever (and you WILL refer back to it).

  1. “Pain Is Good!” Jesse V., or maybe Chuck Lidell. There is good pain vs. bad pain, sometimes it’s tricky to know the difference.

  2. “Statistically one hundred percent of the shots you don’t take don’t go in.” — Wayne Gretsky

  3. Ok so I carry out watch my fair share of the biggest loser and yes I realize she is trying that will people in serious circumstances but guessing that she has never been more than 10 pounds over weight. So when I see Jillian berating rather than motivating it drives myself crazy. i would probably pick and choose her up and javelin her via a nearby window. Seriously though there are actually good trainers that perform positively motivate and see as much results. If you ask an electrical lifter they tell you web are a waste of their time. If you ask people that does many cardio they will inform you that a personal trainer may be a must. Any opinions?
